Sub: Filing of Balance Sheet andProfit and Loss Account for financial year 2012-13-regarding.
The companies are required to file theirBalance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account and other documents in Form 23AC/ACA as required u/s 220 of the Companies Act, 1956 (‘Act’) read with Rule 7B of the Companies (Central Govt.’s) General Rules & Forms, 1956 (‘Rules’) with the jurisdictional Registrar of Companies (RoC) within 30 days of the date of Annual General Meeting or if no such meeting is held, there shall be filed with the Registrar within thirty days from the latest day on or before which that meeting should have been held in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
2. From the MCA database it is found that your company has not filed the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and other documents for the financial year ended 31 March 2013, which should have been filed on or before 30 October 2013 and therefore has contravened the provisions of section 220 of the Act.
3. You are hereby requested to submit your company’s Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account immediately. Please note that failure to file above statement invites appropriate action as per provisions of the Act by the respective RoC. You may please ignore this mail, if have filed the above forms as on date.
4. This request is sent without prejudice to any action initiated or to be initiated by the RoC under the relevant provisions of the Act.
